You can use "Forgotten Password" to get another Mail.
I noticed that there are maybe issues with old e-mail addresses like hotmail.de, live.de, it may look like they are blocking the mail. Google should be fine (independent if it is an old or new mail address). I created for test a new account with outlook.de, but this was receiving in Junk, but Mails been received.
If you have problems you can contact me over discord, we can switch the mail address or you can recreate a new account, with another e-mail address.
